What if I receive a damaged product?

  All products go through a quality check before shipment. 
 
   However if there are any damages during transit, please take an unwrapping video once you receive your parcel and email us at info@kidstoysdaze.com or Wats app @8015423302 . We will get back to you within 24 – 48 hours.

After payment there is no money refund for damage product.you will get same product as refund. This is for your kind update.

Without unwraping video client not possible to apply for returns for damaged product and that unwrapping video should be send us within two working days after you receive our package.
